How it works
1. Several subscribers or devices can connect to one "Family 1", "Family 2" or "Family 3" tariff plan at once to share minutes and megabytes from it.
2. The subscriber who activates the tariff plan is the organizer of the group. Subscribers or SIM cards that get access to sharing minutes and megabytes are members of the group (tariff users).
3. Having connected to the tariff plan "Family 1", "Family 2", "Family 3", you need to invite users to the group. To do this, the organizer of the group needs to send invitations to the subscriber numbers of those users or devices that he wants to combine. This can be done through the website, mobile application or using the USSD request *555#. Only the organizer can add a tariff user, at any time, regardless of the date the group was organized, if there is free space.
4. A tariff plan group can contain from one to nine users, including the organizer. You can also connect any device to the tariff plan: tablet, smartphone, phone, modem.
5. You can divide minutes and megabytes between users of the tariff on the website or in mobile application Smart life:) using a simple control panel.
6. The organizer can take the remaining minutes or megabytes from one user and give them to another.
7. If there is not enough traffic, then the group organizer can:
- Buy a special additional package of minutes or internet and divide it between users of the tariff or keep it for yourself.
- Use communication services at the base rate, if there is money on the account. No minus is formed - at zero, there is no outgoing connection.
- Each user can buy a package of minutes or megabytes at his own expense.
9. If the organizer leaves the group or changes the tariff plan (except for switching to the Family 1, Family 2, Family 3, Multinet tariff plans), the group will be disbanded, the organizer will switch to the tariff chosen by him or to another group, and all users - on the "Start" tariff. Users can either stay on this tariff or switch to any tariff plan they wish.
10. Additional services. Each user can activate any standard services for himself: minutes, Internet traffic, SMS, as well as all additional services for entertainment, at his own expense.

If you want to join an existing group, you can also contact life:) salons. After activating the SIM card, you will be given 5 minutes and 5 SMS within the life:) network to contact the organizer of the group and receive an invitation. You have 48 hours to join the group.
2. You are a life:) subscriber
2.2 If you want to activate the tariff plan "Family 1-3" and become the organizer of the group, you can do this:

What you need to know - features of debiting tariff fees
When connecting to a tariff plan, you must pay the cost starter pack tariff plan. But in the first month or when changing the tariff plan, the fee will be charged in proportion to the number of days remaining in the calendar month, the rest of the amount will remain on the account. Minutes and Internet traffic will also be assigned proportionally.
From the second month, in the presence of funds, subscription fee deducted on the 1st day of the calendar month, after which all Internet traffic and minutes are assigned. If there are not enough funds on the account on the 1st day of the month, then as soon as the account is replenished by a sufficient amount, you will receive minutes and megabytes in full and will be able to use them until the end of the month.
