Content restrictions

Kazpost JSC does not accept for shipment international postal items containing weapons of all types, dangerous and poisonous substances, narcotic drugs, currency, bank notes and securities, live animals, as well as biological materials and valuable substances from animals and plants listed in the Red Book of Kazakhstan. Shipment tracking

To track registered mail items, they are assigned a unique track number in the standard format of the Universal Postal Union. The number consists of 13 characters, where the Latin letter comes first R(for small packages), C(for parcels) or E(for EMS shipments).
