The most polluted computer device is the keyboard. It can become clogged and stop working in a very short time, and only the user who carelessly treats the device will be to blame for this.

Many users prefer to eat at the computer, which is why food crumbs, garbage, and dust get into it. After all, food easily falls under the buttons. Because of this, the keyboard stops working very quickly, and the buttons become sticky and not pressed. It will not be difficult even for a beginner to return it to its previous state. This can be done with a regular vacuum cleaner, which almost everyone has, by putting a special nozzle on it and swiping it over the keyboard. With a special desire, sometimes you can wipe it with a damp cloth or napkin and then it will always remain in perfect condition.

If the user decides to clean the mouse, then this can be done in many ways. Which one depends on what kind of mouse you have.

Cleaning the optical mouse is not difficult, because it is airtight and no dirt will get inside. Therefore, it is enough to wipe it from the outside with a damp cloth and fingerprints will disappear. A ball mouse (if any still exist) is much more difficult to clean, since it has a ball on which dust sticks and gets inside the device. Therefore, it must be removed from it and wiped inside with a cotton swab.

On the this moment only the monitor does not need constant cleaning. The main part of the dust accumulates on its screen and it is very easy to remove it, just wipe it with a napkin or cloth. But if the user touches it with his fingers, then traces remain that are difficult to remove. Special soft napkins will come to your aid.

It is difficult to imagine a modern personal computer without a funny "animal" called a mouse. With its help, many operations are performed. But, as a rule, over time, it begins to malfunction due to contamination. Next, you will learn how to care for a computer mouse.
It is better to first disconnect the mouse from the computer when the system unit is turned off (if you are sure that you will connect it back :)).
If the body of the mouse is dirty, it can be wiped with a damp cloth using liquid soap to more successfully remove fatty deposits. Never wash the mouse with copious amounts of water or under running water!
The problem with mechanical mice is that dust gets on the surface of the rollers and the ball inside, which eventually leads to the so-called "cursor twitching", or even to a refusal to move in a certain direction. Therefore, it is very important to use a mouse pad and keep it clean at all times. If the mouse is still dirty, then do not be afraid to disassemble it yourself and clean it.
You will need a small Phillips screwdriver. We unscrew the small screw located in a small recess on the bottom of the mouse body. The body usually consists of two halves, and possibly also a plastic latch on the other side of the place where the screw is located. We carefully separate the case into two halves without using brute force, so as not to break the plastic latch, the case should be separated into two parts without much effort.
Let's start cleaning. The rubber ball is best washed with warm soapy water or simply wiped with alcohol. Two perpendicularly arranged cylindrical wheels, as a rule, are covered with dirt at the points of contact with the ball.
Carefully remove all dirt and dust found. Pay special attention here to these dense mud rings that are on wheels. They can usually only be removed mechanically. To do this, you can use a small plastic or plastic scraper. Carefully scrape off the wheels in those places where dense dirt has stuck. Under no circumstances should solvents be used to clean the inside of the mouse. It is also undesirable to use a knife or a razor blade - there is a risk of scuffing and scratching on the cylindrical surface of the wheels.
In the internal cavity of the mouse, in addition to two cylindrical rotating wheels, there is also a pressure wheel that presses the rubber ball to the mat when the mouse is in operation. This wheel is also very important to thoroughly clean from dirt. This can be done in exactly the same way as in the case of two cylindrical wheels.
Then it is necessary to remove grease from the rotating parts with a soft, lint-free cloth soaked in alcohol. It is also advisable to wipe the inner surface of the mouse with alcohol so that dust accumulates less inside the case.
It's time to collect the mouse. Carefully insert the latch into the slots, making sure not to pinch the wire, then tighten the screw. It remains to connect the mouse to the computer, turn it on and enjoy the obedient and smooth movement of the cursor across the screen.

Enjoy your work!

Every owner personal computer at least once I thought about how to clean the mouse from dirt.

Indeed, after all, this device accumulates the most dust in itself, since there is a constant process of interaction with human palms, and in fact, not every person washes their hands with soap before sitting down at a computer.

If timely prevention is not done, then several adverse consequences may occur:

  • Incorrect operation of the equipment;
  • defective functioning;
  • Breaking.

To avoid the above complications, you should always keep your workplace completely clean.

Features of caring for different types of mice

To date, there are only six main types of equipment for transmitting information, each of them requires certain conditions for processing.

  • Ball or mechanical mouse. Found in modern world extremely rare, but still there are people who prefer just such a device. The main problem of cleaning is that the main layer of dirt accumulates on one side of the ball and roller.

You can avoid this problem if you clean the mouse, the pad in a timely manner and periodically treat your hands with an alcohol-containing solution. But, unfortunately, in most cases, the equipment still gets dirty and the user faces a difficult question, how to clean the mouse wheel.

First of all, you should disassemble the device. After that, it is necessary to process it with a special scraper. Remaining dirt is recommended to be treated with a soft cloth soaked in alcohol. It is not recommended to use special solutions, this can lead to disruption of its operation;

  • Optical mouse. The main part of the equipment are sensitive legs, which are responsible for its full functioning. First of all, the mouse needs to be turned over and treated with alcohol using cotton swabs.

  • Laser mouse. Often, users encounter such a problem as cleaning the laser on the mouse. In fact, this is a fairly simple procedure, consisting of several basic steps.

First of all, you should disassemble the case of the device and remove the chip from it. Next, you need to wipe the laser sensor with a cotton swab. Even with heavy contamination, it is not recommended to use cutting objects. Now, you need to wipe the remaining dust with a damp cloth and assemble the structure;

  • The trackball, as well as the gyroscopic mouse, has a complex structure, so it can only be disassembled by an experienced specialist. The user can periodically wipe the surface of the device with an alcohol solution.

It is also necessary, at least once a year, to give it to the programmer for complex processing;

  • induction mouse. In this type of device, it is first recommended to eliminate the manipulator. Next, you should treat the surface with a cotton swab soaked in an alcohol-containing solution.

In each of the above cases, it is worth remembering that excessive liquid should not be allowed to enter the device, this can adversely affect its further functioning.

Mouse cleaners

In order to process the device, you will need the following:

  • Mats for storing individual pieces of equipment;
  • Sticks of various sizes for processing difficult holes;
  • Special liquids designed for cleaning computer devices;
  • cleaning balls;
  • Alcohol-based wet wipes;
  • Inexperienced users can additionally print out the assembly and disassembly diagram for a specific type of mouse;
  • If you need to disassemble the device, you must first prepare a Phillips screwdriver;
  • Plastic scraper for removing heavily soiled surfaces;
  • Soft fabric;
  • soap solution;
  • Cotton swabs, discs or swabs.

It is also worth noting that there are two main ways to clean the mouse: by disassembling it or in unassembled form.

Each of these methods consists of several main steps%

How to clean a mouse without disassembling?

  1. It is necessary to disconnect the device from the computer, remove the wire or mini sensor if the wireless mouse is being cleaned;
  2. Next, you need to carefully process the USB socket and wire with a damp cotton swab;
  3. Now, it is necessary to process the mouse through the holes with a computer vacuum cleaner, it is important to carry out this procedure at minimum power, otherwise important parts of the device may be damaged;
  4. Then, all possible hard-to-reach holes must be cleaned with special sticks;
  5. The last cleaning step is to wipe the surface with an alcohol-based wipe.

Before doing this procedure, you should make sure that the process of disassembling the mouse is really impossible.

Basically, this applies to those devices that have a complex structure. It is recommended that such equipment be regularly handed over to an experienced specialist for processing.

In other cases, you should first disassemble the mouse, this will most effectively remove excess contamination from the device.

How to disassemble and clean the mouse?

If, nevertheless, disassembling the mouse is possible, then you should clean it in a few basic steps:

  1. You must first turn off the device by disconnecting the cable or wireless sensor from the computer;
  2. The computer wire and socket must be cleaned with a cotton swab soaked in an alcohol-containing solution;
  3. Now, you should prepare a special rug on which the equipment will be disassembled;
  4. Turn the mouse upside down and unscrew the smallest, recessed screw with a Phillips screwdriver;
  5. It is carefully necessary to divide the body into two components;
  6. From the case, you need to carefully remove the microcircuit, laser sensor or rubberized ball;
  7. From the insides of the mouse, remove all dirt with a scraper;
  8. The remaining dust must be removed with a soft cloth soaked in alcohol;
  9. Then, each component of the device must be thoroughly dried;
  10. The last stage of processing is the assembly of the mouse.

This cleaning method is the most effective, in its implementation, it is important to do everything as carefully as possible so as not to damage the important components of the device.

Precautions, what not to do?

There are also several precautions that should never be taken when processing a computer device:

  • Do not use excessive liquid. Cleaning should only be done with a slightly damp cloth. Otherwise, a large amount of an alcohol-containing solution may oxidize the components of the device, which will lead to a malfunction;
  • For the same reason, it is not recommended to use sharp objects that can damage the surface of some pieces of equipment;
  • Be sure to disconnect the device from the computer and start processing it after a few minutes have passed;
  • It is best to use specially alcohol-based solutions for processing computer equipment. Ordinary alcohol can damage the internal parts of the mouse, leaving streaks and not fully removing stains;
  • It is not recommended to use a cloth with a pile, its particles can penetrate into the device, after which its functionality may also be impaired.

You should first read the memo that came with the mouse in order to figure out how to process a device of a particular model.

  • For the full operation of the mouse, it is necessary to clean it at least three times a year;
  • You will also need to clean the mouse pad and the work surface of the table;
  • Do not start working with dirty palms.

If you take care of the cleanliness of not only the mouse, but also every component of the computer device in a timely manner, then the system will always work fully without causing unnecessary trouble to the user.

As a result, the mouse has to be held several times in the same direction on the rug, just to move the cursor a little along the monitor screen.

As a result of all this, the time required to perform one operation on the computer greatly increases, the user's nervousness and mood worsen, and, as a result, the overall performance of work on the computer decreases, and sometimes even such work on the computer becomes simply unbearable. But all this can be avoided. To do this, you just need to properly and timely care for your mouse. And, believe me, only a few simple and infrequent operations related to the prevention and proper operation of your mouse will help you feel constant comfort when working with it. So, in this article we will talk about how to properly operate a computer mouse and how to properly care for it.

And here, first of all, I would like to note that computer mice There are two main types: optical and mechanical, which means that approaches to caring for mice should be different. So, for example, optical mice use a pair of LEDs and a special rug to coordinate the cursor, on which a coordinate grid is applied with a certain step. The position of the mouse relative to this pad is constantly scanned using these LEDs, resulting in surgical precision in moving the cursor on the monitor screen. There are no mechanically moving parts in this type of mouse, so that dust and dirt entering the internal cavity of the mouse will not affect the sensitivity of the cursor in any way, which means that such a mouse simply does not need periodic cleaning of its internal parts. The only obstacle to the normal movement of the cursor on the monitor screen may be the unsatisfactory condition of the surface of the mouse pad. What I mean is that if the mouse pad is too dirty, it can be quite difficult for the mouse LEDs to recognize the various strokes of the grid, which can serve as a deterioration in the sensitivity of the cursor on the monitor screen. So, for the prevention of such a mouse, it is necessary to periodically (at least once every two months) clean the surface of the mat from fat and dust deposits. And for this purpose, you can use ordinary soap and hot tap water. Simply scrub the surface of the rug thoroughly with soap or another non-abrasive cleaner. After washing the rug, before using it again, I strongly recommend that you dry it very thoroughly. I also recommend that you additionally wipe the surface with alcohol after drying the rug in order to finally remove fat deposits from the surface of the rug and thereby slow down the process of further dust sticking to it. Alcohol dries very quickly, and in just a couple of minutes after treating the surface with alcohol, your rug will be ready to go. So, everything described above refers exclusively to the prevention of optical mice. But, unfortunately, these mice are now very, very expensive, and therefore they may simply not be affordable for the average user. Indeed, as practice shows, now it is mechanical mice that are most popular for ordinary users. So, in my opinion, the principles of prevention and care for just such mice will be the most interesting and relevant for the reader. Let's dwell on them in more detail.

So, first of all, before you and I understand how to properly operate a mechanical mouse, and also how often it is necessary to carry out its prevention, we need, in my opinion, to understand what is the main reason for the failure of this type of mouse? And here the answer is quite obvious - this is, first of all, dust and dirt that has stuck to the internal moving parts of the mouse, which makes it simply impossible for the mouse to continue to work normally. But right away I want to note that dirt, as the main reason, is such only if you use a mouse from a well-known manufacturer (Genius, Microsoft, A4-Tech, and many others). But if you decide to save money and buy a mouse from an unknown manufacturer (no-name) for a dollar and a half, then, most likely, dirt will not be the first reason for the failure of the mouse, because. this dirt just won't get there. And this will happen due to the fact that your mouse, for sure, first of all, will have some insides due to their low quality. So, my advice to you: never buy a no-name mouse, but buy at least some inexpensive mouse, but always from a well-known manufacturer.

And yet, dirt. How to deal with it? And here, first of all, I would like to note that you, as a user, need to create all the conditions so that dirt gets as small as possible on the internal parts of the mouse. To do this, you should do wet cleaning in the room as often as possible, wipe dust from the computer table, from the entire computer and from the mouse in particular.

Monitor the external condition of the mouse body, it should not be dirty. If the latter is dirty, it can be wiped with a damp cloth using, for example, products such as liquid soap to more successfully remove fat deposits from the mouse body. Never wash your mouse with copious amounts of water, or worse, under running water! By doing this, you can break electronic components inside the mouse. By the way, I recommend doing all the work on the prevention of the mouse by disconnecting the mouse from the computer. And do not forget that it is advisable to disconnect and connect the mouse only from a computer that is turned off from the network, otherwise you simply risk burning the mouse port. And in no case immediately after washing the body of the mouse, do not connect it to the computer, let it dry a little, because. during washing, water could get inside, which can cause the mouse to fail if the power is immediately applied to it.

Keeping the body of your mouse clean is important, but not nearly as important as choosing the right mouse pad and keeping it clean. After all, it is the rug that comes into contact with the mouse ball, and it is from it that the dust, together with fat deposits, gets through the ball into the mouse, where it becomes main reason uncomfortable work associated with the jamming of the cursor on the monitor screen.

How to choose the right mat, relying only on the optimal conditions for the mouse to work and not taking into account the individual tastes and needs of users? Here I would immediately like to note that there are two types of carpet coverings: plastic and cloth. Plastic mousepads are cheaper, but unfortunately they don't provide a good grip on the mouseball. And at the slightest appearance of dirt, they require immediate cleaning. And if it is not done in time, then the already far from ideal grip of the mat with the mouse ball turns into simply disgusting, as a result of which the ball begins to slip. And this, of course, leads to jamming of the cursor on the monitor screen. In addition, the plastic mat quite strongly contributes to the ingress of dirt from its surface into the internal cavity of the mouse through the ball. The only advantage of a plastic rug is that it can be washed very quickly and efficiently in hot soapy water, or simply wiped with alcohol, depending on the degree of contamination. And it also dries very quickly. But I do not think that the criterion for the drying time of the rug after washing it can play a decisive role in choosing a rug.

The situation is different with rugs that have a cloth coating. Such mats, although somewhat more expensive than their plastic counterparts, have much more advantages compared to them. For example, a cloth coating contributes to a much better adhesion of the mouse ball to the pad, and the likelihood of the ball slipping is minimized. In addition, the cloth coating absorbs dust and dirt much longer than plastic, which contributes to the least contamination of the internal parts of your mouse. But all this will lead to the fact that you will no longer need to wash the rug and clean the mouse so often. And, finally, the fabric coating is more pleasant to the touch, and if the fabric mat has a silicone base with a silicone roller under the wrist, then comfort with long work at the computer you are simply provided. The cloth rug should also be washed using soap and hot water, and after drying, you can wipe it with alcohol for additional degreasing. And my advice to you, do not wait until such "wild" growths of dirt are already formed on your rug that you can easily scratch your autograph on it, but simply periodically wash the rug from dust and dirt, thereby preventing contamination of the internal parts of the mouse .

But a dirty pad not only contaminates the internal cavity of the mouse, the dirt on it also contributes to the contamination of the underside of the mouse body, namely, small plastic plates of a round or rectangular shape are dirty, located on the underside of the mouse body and serve to make the mouse slide more easily on the mat.

The presence of dirt on these plates, especially on round-shaped plates, makes it very difficult to move the mouse on the mat. As a result, such a strong resistance is created when the mouse moves on the rug that the mouse sometimes even begins to move around the table along with the rug, and then working with such a computer turns into real hard labor. So, my advice to you: periodically monitor the condition of these plates and, if traces of dirt are found, immediately clean them. And moreover, keep an eye not only on the condition of these plates, but also on their presence. Often, from careless handling of the mouse, these plates come off. And in this case, the dirt is very quickly clogged into the places of their former residence. Working with such a mouse becomes simply unbearable. The dirt on the plates usually collects in the form of growths of a dark gray color. And this dirt is very easily removed with some kind of plastic scraper. It is undesirable to use a knife, carnation or other metal objects to scrape off dirt, so as not to damage the plastic plates themselves. After you mechanically remove the dirt from the mouse plates, I advise you to degrease them with alcohol to prevent excessive dust and dirt from adhering to them further.

But do not forget that no matter how carefully you monitor the cleanliness of the pad and mouse outside, no matter how often you do wet cleaning in the room where the computer is located, the dust in this room will still get into the internal cavity of the mouse. It, along with fatty deposits, will stick to the mechanical moving parts of the mouse, thereby preventing the normal operation of the mouse. And no matter how hard you try, sooner or later the cursor on the monitor screen will start to jam. So, to prevent this situation, you need to perform periodic preventive measures related to cleaning the internal cavity of the mouse. And really, why wait until the mouse cursor becomes stuck, making working at the computer simply unbearable. Isn't it easier, say, to clean your mouse every three months and save your nerves, always feeling quite normal and comfortable working with it. Moreover, the process of cleaning the mouse will usually take you no more than ten minutes.

So, how do you clean the mouse inside? This can be done in two ways. Firstly, this can be done by using various mouse cleaning kits, which are sold, probably, in any computer store.

These kits may include various sticks, cleaning wipes, balls, mouse pads, and mouse cleaning liquids. It is very convenient to use all these special tools, because there is simply no need to disassemble the mouse to clean the inside of the mouse, which makes the cleaning process very quick and easy. Very often, these kits are even quite effective for cleaning the mouse. But it is also necessary not to forget about the disadvantages in the use of these special sets. First of all, and most importantly, it should be noted that the price of such sets is quite high, often exceeding the price of the mouse itself. It is also necessary to say that no matter what cleaning kit you use, even the most expensive one, you still will not be able to clean the internal cavity of the mouse as well as you can do by disassembling it. So, in my opinion, using a cleaning kit for a mouse at home is simply irrational. But, for example, in the case of a large office or computer class, where there are more than a dozen computers, the use of such cleaning kits will significantly save your time. So in this case, in my opinion, it is quite reasonable to use such sets. The cleaning kits are very easy to use. For correct operation with them, read the instructions for use indicated on them, and I'm just sure that you will do just fine.

And now I would like to dwell in more detail on how to clean the internal cavity of the mouse at home, without using any special tools. And here, first of all, it is necessary to turn off the computer from the network so as not to burn the mouse port. Next, you need to disconnect the mouse from system block. And now that the mouse is in your hands, you can begin to disassemble it. Do not be afraid and do not hesitate to disassemble its body. After all, believe me, the mouse cleaning procedure is available even to the most inexperienced user, because. there is absolutely nothing complicated about it. In order to disassemble the mouse, you will need a small, usually Phillips screwdriver. First of all, you need to unscrew the small screw located in a small recess on the bottom of the mouse body. Typically, a case that consists of two halves holds only one screw, and possibly also a plastic latch on the other side of the place where the screw is located. After you unscrew the screw, carefully try to separate the case into two halves. Be careful not to use brute force so as not to break the plastic latch, the case should easily separate into two parts.

Further, when you have two halves of the mouse body in your hands, you will see all the dust and dirt that has formed inside. Trust me, you will see it right away, especially if you haven't opened the mouse for a very long time. Now you can proceed directly to the cleaning process. To do this, carefully remove the rubber ball that comes into contact with the mousepad when you use the mouse. This ball is best washed with warm soapy water or simply wiped with alcohol. It rotates two perpendicular cylindrical wheels, which are responsible for moving the cursor in two directions: X and Y on the monitor screen. As a rule, various kinds of dirt sticks to these wheels in the form of visible growths of dust resembling dark gray fluff, as well as in the form of dense rings formed from grease and dust. These dirt rings are located on the cylindrical wheels where they come into contact with the ball.

To be honest, when I first cleaned the mouse and saw these dense mud rings, it seemed to me that these were some kind of special technological thickenings on the wheels. And I certainly could not think that the rings were formed there from dirt.

All dust and dirt that you see inside the mouse must be carefully removed. Pay special attention here to these dense mud rings that are on wheels. They can usually only be removed mechanically. To do this, you can use a small plastic or plastic scraper. Just scrape the wheels in those places where dense dirt has stuck, and here it’s better not to be lazy, try to clean them thoroughly. In no case should you try to use solvents to clean the inside of the mouse, because you may damage some parts. Also, do not use metal scrapers such as a knife or razor blade to remove dirt, especially from cylindrical wheels. Indeed, in this case, when removing solid growths of dirt, you risk getting scuffs and scratches on the cylindrical surface of the wheels, which in no case are acceptable for their normal adhesion to the mouse ball, and hence for the normal further functioning of the mouse.

Once you have completed the process of mechanical cleaning of the inside of the mouse, as well as the process of removing visible dust deposits, you will need to thoroughly degrease all mechanically moving parts. This is best done with alcohol or vodka, using a small swab made of soft, lint-free cloth. I do not recommend using cotton wool for cleaning internal parts, because. it leaves behind a pile, which can later become an obstacle to the normal operation of the mouse, as well as additional battery dust. When cleaning with alcohol, pay special attention to the same cylindrical wheels and pressure wheel. Also carefully wipe the contacts of the mouse buttons with alcohol.

After cleaning with alcohol all the critical nodes of the mouse, I recommend that you also degrease with the same alcohol, if possible, the entire internal cavity of the mouse. This is done so that the dust settles on the internal parts as little as possible. After all, you see, a greasy surface attracts dust very strongly.

So, you did an excellent job of cleaning the inside of the mouse, and now you just have to put it back together. It’s quite easy to do this, the only thing I want to note is that the mouse wire gets exactly into Right place when twisting the two halves of the case, and also be careful not to break the plastic latch on the mouse case. Wrap a small screw, thereby connecting the two halves of the mouse body, well, that's all! Your mouse is ready for "fight" again, you resurrected it, improved it and significantly rejuvenated it. And be sure, if you carefully and with special care treated the cleaning of the mouse, then it will surely please you with its further behavior.

And in conclusion, I would like to say that along with all kinds of preventive measures related to cleaning the mouse and pad, wet cleaning in the room, which must be done regularly, you also need to try not to create conditions that would contribute to the rapid contamination of the mousepad and mouse. It's very easy, just don't forget that a mouse pad and a stand, for example, for a glass of coffee or a fatty sandwich, are not the same thing at all. Please take this moment more seriously, and then you will be able not only to increase the time between cleaning the internal cavity of the mouse, but also to increase the overall life of your "rodent". And I'm just sure that with all the very simple principles with the mouse care products described in this article, your mouse will serve you faithfully for many years and will never disappoint you.

How to properly clean a computer mouse?

If you notice that your computer mouse does not work well or does not work at all, then it is not necessary to buy new mouse. The reason for this, most likely, is that it is dirty. Clearing the mouse will fix this issue.

The first step is to determine the type of your mouse. Turn your mouse upside down. If you see a ball, then you have a ball mouse. If you see a lens, you have an optical or laser mouse. Each type of mouse has its own cleaning methods.

Optical or laser mouse you do not need to clean as often as a ball, but still the need for this appears from time to time. If you do not clean its surface, then the case will begin to blacken. So, clean it at least once a month with a damp cloth. The lens rarely gets dirty, but if it does, take a soft cloth or Q-tip, dampen it with alcohol or window cleaner, and gently wipe the lens.

The ball mouse needs to be cleaned frequently, so read the cleaning procedure carefully. The more dirty the ball is, the harder it becomes to move the cursor around the screen. If you need to raise and lower your mouse several times to move the cursor from one corner of the screen to another, then it's time to clean it.

It is not necessary to disconnect the mouse from the computer while cleaning, but be sure to close all running programs so that you do not accidentally press something and ruin it. If you still decide to disconnect the mouse, then do not forget to turn off the computer before doing this. Never disconnect the mouse from the computer while it is running. This may damage the motherboard.

Turn over your ball mouse, you will see a cover that covers the ball. It has arrows on it. With two fingers, lightly press on the cover and unscrew it in the direction of the arrows. Then cover the bottom of the mouse with your hand and turn it over to its original position. The ball and cap should fall into your hand. If this does not happen, shake the mouse slightly.

Wipe the ball with a damp cloth.

Now look through the hole at the bottom of the mouse. You will see three videos. Use a damp cloth to gently remove dirt from them. Place the ball back into the hole and close the lid.

Is your mouse still not working? Try cleaning it again. Doesn't work again? Well, there is no choice, you have to buy a new one.

It is best to regularly clean the surface of a computer mouse, because if it is clean outside, then it will be cleaner inside.

If the mouse is used by many people (especially if one of them is sick), we recommend disinfecting its surface before use.
