The personal account of the insured person is an online resource that acts as an individual platform for each participant in the pension program, where their rights and obligations related to the pension are exercised.

  • persons with a verified account.

How to register in your personal account?

Information in the personal account about the insured person

In the Personal Account of the insured person, you can see the person's profile, his personal data that directly relate to the pension:

  • the number of points that have been scored over several years of work;
  • all labor activity;
  • about the employer;
  • the total amount of all insurance premiums paid by the employer.

The information posted in the Personal Account is formed according to the data provided by the employer. That is why the shortcomings, as well as the entry of information not in full, must be corrected through an appeal according to the place of work, whose employees indicated their data incorrectly. If it is necessary to make a correction, the enterprise where the pensioner worked must submit new data to the FIU. If any inaccuracies are identified, you should immediately contact the organization that made such a mistake.

The personal account of the insured person in its menu has the following tabs:

  • possible pension option;
  • earnings indicated on an individual personal account: before or after 2002.

The section allows you to post information about the system for converting deductions into special points, which will provide an opportunity to understand the pension system more quickly and correctly. It should be specified that the assessment of pension rights received before 2015 will be recalculated without any losses.

Registration in a personal account

In order to be on the page of the Personal Account of the insured person, an unregistered user must go through the registration procedure. It does not require special knowledge and a lot of time. During the registration procedure, you must have at hand:

  • passport confirming the citizenship of the Russian Federation;
  • insurance certificate of compulsory pension insurance;
  • mobile phone, email information.

To go to the Cabinet, on the website of the Pension Fund, you need to go to the "Electronic Services" tab, where, in fact, the necessary resource is located. The next step is to fill in the registration form in the field "Register with ESIA". This is the portal of public services.

After filling in the necessary data, we can say that the initial stage of registration has been completed. In order to use all the features of the website, especially your Personal Account, you must provide confirmation of your phone and your identity without fail.

How to verify your identity?

Everything is very simple. There are several ways to do this:

  • apply to citizen service centers that work specifically for this;
  • confirmation by electronic signature or universal electronic card.

Identity confirmation will provide an opportunity to use all the functions provided by the Public Services Portal, as well as all services in the Personal Account of the insured person.

How can I find out information about pension points?

  • after the table appears at the bottom, you can see the amount of savings that will be indicated, broken down by years.

To find out the necessary information related to work, you need to do some operations, as before:

  • on the right, you can see several buttons with text inside, among which you need to select the one that says “Pension provision option in the MPI system”;
  • in the tab that opened, you can see tables describing all the work of a person up to 2002, as well as after;

The table is divided into three columns, where such data as: experience, period and place of work are noted.

Such tables allow you to get all the necessary information about the period of employment of the insured person.

To obtain the necessary information about the status of the ILS, you must select the button on the right called "Get a notification about the status of an individual personal account", activate it; almost immediately you can generate a letter with the indicators of your personal account.

How to calculate the amount of the insurance pension?

  • select the inscription "Calculate your future insurance pension";
  • after clicking on this button, a table with information will be generated, which will indicate the number of points that a person has earned during 2015.

In this tab, you can use the online calculator in order to calculate the future pension. The calculator will take into account various characteristics that a citizen manually indicates personally, including the category code of the insured person.

The personal account has new functions and services that provide the opportunity to receive documents, extracts from the Pension Fund, make an appointment for a personal appointment, and others.   • Applying online for a statutory pension without having to leave home or spend time in long lines;

The Pension Fund will prepare a notice and send it to the address indicated in the application, registered by mail within 10 days from the date of application. 4. Question - How can a citizen register in the ESIA - a unified system of identification and authentication?

Level 3 - "verified account". To receive it, it is necessary to confirm registration during a personal visit to a specialized center of Rostelecom by ordering a confirmation code by registered mail via Russian Post or using an electronic signature tool or UEC.

5. Question - Why can not the entire length of service be indicated for a citizen in the data displayed in the Personal Account?

6. Question - A citizen has logged into the Personal Account, but the service “On formed pension rights” is not available to him for viewing or is available in an incomplete volume. Why (this question should be used only after the implementation of the functions indicated in the answer)?

Answer: There are two reasons for this situation:

1) The citizen is already a recipient of a pension.

For recipients of old-age and disability pensions, the service “On formed pension rights” of the Personal Account of the insured person is not available.

For them, the personal account of the insured person displays information about the type, amount and date of assignment of the pension received and the assigned social benefits. Information on pension rights formed since 2015, on pension savings and participation in the State Co-financing Program (if any) for these categories can be found using the service “Get notification of the status of an individual personal account (ILA)” of the Insured Person’s Personal Account.

For recipients of a survivor's pension, the services are available in full.

2) A technical failure or error has occurred.

If a citizen does not fall into the category specified in paragraph 1, it means that on this moment The service is unavailable for technical reasons. You need to try logging in again after a while. If the service remains unavailable for more than a day, report it through the online reception on the PFR website by sending a message to the Executive Directorate.

Answer — The service "On formed pension rights" is intended for persons who are not recipients of a pension (with the exception of persons who are recipients of a survivor's pension), so if the insured person is a recipient of an old age or disability pension, this service will not be available to him. Also, the service will not be available to persons who have requested an extract to assign a pension and who are working in advance when assigning a pension.

For persons who are recipients of old-age and disability pensions, the service “On the assigned pension and social payments” will soon be available, which will contain information on the type, amount and date of the assigned social payments.

FROM July of this year, citizens can apply for the appointment and delivery of a pension in electronic form.

An application sent by a citizen through the "Personal Account" is automatically registered in the PFR Client Service software and hardware complex. There is a temptation to calculate what kind of pension this insured person has earned for 17 years 4 months and 5 days (as indicated in the office) of labor activity. It's not difficult - we multiply the number of accumulated pension points (43.814) by the cost of the pension point (from February 1, 2015, 71.41 rubles) and add a fixed payment (formerly called the basic fixed amount) - it is paid to all pensioners, in 2015 its amount is 4,383.59 rubles. As a result, we get a simple formula: 43.814 * 71.41 + 4,383.59 = 7512.4 rubles. This is the pension earned by the test specimen at the current moment. This is without taking into account pension savings - about them later.
