Internet technologies in our time will not surprise anyone, so the employees of the Accounting Department based on the 1C program: Enterprise Accounting Edition 2.0 have the opportunity to check for updates and, accordingly, update the working software product via the Internet. In order for users information base could update the 1C system themselves, they must be assigned the appropriate rights, the organization must have a valid subscription to ITS and an account must be created on the users site. v8.1c. en

If users and the organization have all the listed attributes with them, then it can safely proceed to the settings for automatic updates via the Internet. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Run 1C: Enterprise 8.2 in user mode, select the desired infobase and click the "1C: Enterprise" button. Or double-click on the name of the infobase.

2. Select a user with the appropriate rights from the list. In our case, the Administrator has these rights and the entrance is carried out without a password. And press the "OK" button

3. After loading the 1C system, you need to use the top functional menu. P.S. Depending on the interface used appearance The function menu may differ from that shown on the slide. To do this, click the "Service" button and select "Configuration Update" in the drop-down list.

4. The next step is to directly configure the method for updating the configuration of the 1C program. Two methods of updating will be offered (Internet, local resource) and checking for updates via the Internet when the program starts. Set the attributes "User site on the Internet", "Always connect to the Internet and ..." and "Check for configuration updates via the Internet every time the program starts" as shown in the slide below. After installing the above, click the "Next" button.


5. The program will check for updates on the user site, if there are updates, the program will display the following window shown on the slide. Optionally, you can use the link "New in version" to view background information about the changes that were added in the new release of the configuration. In the message that appears, click the "Next" button and proceed to the next configuration step.

If the program cannot find updates on the site, another window will appear with the following content: “You are using latest version programs".

6. The next step is setting account for authorization on the site users . v8.1c. en To do this, in the "User Code" field, enter the existing Login used during registration (it can contain both numbers and Latin letters) and "Password" and click the "Next" button.


7. The program will automatically download the necessary update files and display the following window. In it, you must choose how updates will be installed, or they will be used now when the item “Yes, restart 1C: Enterprise now” is set, or later the next time you start the program “Do not restart now”. An update will be performed depending on the selected setting.


8. After a successful update, the program will start automatically and prompt you to confirm the legality of using updates, agree with all messages and click continue. If the program fails to update, it will restore itself backup database created when the upgrade started and will list errors associated with the upgrade problem.

1C programs require constant updating. This is especially true for accounting programs, in particular the 1C: Accounting 8 program. The main reasons are the constantly changing legislation on accounting and tax accounting, the development of program capabilities and the correction of identified errors. For example, updates to the 1C: Accounting 8 edition 3.0 program are released almost every month, and sometimes several program updates are released during the month.

This article describes how to update the program 1C: Accounting 8 edition 3.0 via the Internet in user mode.

Updating the program 1C: Accounting 8 edition 3.0 consists of 2 stages:

1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform update

For the correct operation of the 1C: Accounting 8 edition 3.0 configuration, it is necessary that the 8.3 platform intended for this configuration be installed.

For example, for the operation of the configuration 1C: Accounting 8 edition 3.0. 37 needed installed platform 1C:Enterprise 8.3 not lower than 8.3.5. 1231 . On a lower release of the platform, the configuration 1C: Accounting 8 edition 3.0. 37 will not even open, about which a message will be displayed when the program starts.

Therefore, before updating, we will check the installed release of the 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform.

This can be done by opening the menu Help - About the program or through the corresponding icon "show information about the program" (yellow circle with the letter i) located in the area system commands in the right upper corner(Fig. 1).

In the window that appears, we see that the platform 1C: Enterprise 8.3 release 8.3.5.1231 and the configuration 1C: Accounting 8 edition 3.0 release 3.0.37.25 are now installed (Fig. 2).

It will not be possible to update the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform directly from the 1C program either in user mode or through the configurator, so it must first be downloaded from the 1C:Enterprise 8 technical support site and installed on a computer.

To download the 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform, go to the technical support website for 1C:Predariat software www.users.v8.1c.ru, follow the “download update” hyperlink, enter the login and password received when registering the program (if the program has not yet been registered, then go through the registration procedure), in the summary table we find “Technological platform 8.3” and select the latest version of the 1C: Enterprise 8.3 platform ( in this case 8.3.5.1248).

From the list provided options platforms 1C: Enterprise 8.3 version 8.3.5.1248 select “Technological platform 1C: Enterprise for Windows (Fig. 3).

If you downloaded and installed the required version of the 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform, but when you start the program in the "About" window you still see the old platform, then most likely you downloaded the wrong version of the platform.

Technological platform 1C:Enterprise 8.3 is supplied as a windows.rar archive file, so after downloading given file it needs to be unpacked.

After unpacking, you need to find the file (setup.exe) and run it.

After preparing for installation by the Windows Installer, the installation window for the 1C: Enterprise 8 platform will appear. Click the "Next" button (Fig. 4).

In the next window, we are asked to select the components of the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform to be installed and the path where the platform will be installed.

In most cases, we leave everything as it is and click "Next" (Fig. 5).

In the next window, click the "Install" button to start installing the 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform.

The installation process of the 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform may take several minutes, and the "User Account Control" window may appear in which you need to confirm your desire to install this program to your computer (fig.6)

After that, the installation process of the 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform will begin, at the end of which you will be prompted to install the protection driver for the 1C:Enterprise 8 program.

This checkbox can be unchecked, because if you use the hardware protection of the 1C program (USB key), then you already had this driver installed when initial installation, but if you use software protection(a binding was made to the computer when installing the 1C program), then this driver is not needed at all (Fig. 7). We press the "Next" button.

(if you do not uncheck this box, then nothing bad will happen, just install (reinstall) the 1C program protection driver)

In the last window, click the "Finish" button and the 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform is installed on your computer.

A week later, after installing the new 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform (after making sure that the program is working properly), previous versions of 1C:Enterprise 8.3 can be uninstalled through the Control Panel (to save space on the computer's hard drive).

Please note that if you are still using configurations that work on the 8.2 platform (for example, 1C: Accounting edition 2.0, 1C: Payroll and Human Resources edition 2.5, 1C: Trade Management edition 10.3, etc.), then the latest version of the platform is 8.2 cannot be deleted. You should have 2 platforms installed (8.2 and 8.3), which will be selected automatically when you run the appropriate configuration.

Run configurations 1C: Accounting 8 edition 2.0, 1C: Payroll and Human Resources edition 2.5, 1C: Trade Management edition 10.3 on platform 8. 3 , is not recommended, since this configuration is not tested by developers on the 8.3 platform and may not work correctly.

After updating the 1C: Enterprise 8.3 platform, you can proceed to updating the 1C: Accounting 8 edition 3.0 configuration.

We launch the working database in user mode.

If the program 1C: Accounting 8 edition 3.0 is set to automatically check for updates when the program starts, then in the lower left corner we will see a tooltip about the availability of a configuration update (Fig. 8)

If we click on this hint with the mouse, we will immediately get into the Search and install updates processing (Fig. 13).

To configure automatic check for updates 1C: Accounting 8 edition 3.0 when the program starts, refer to the menu Administration - Support and maintenance (Fig. 9)

Here, in the "Update the version of programs" group, select "Setting up software updates via the Internet (Fig. 10).

In the window that appears, select Automatic check updates "When the program starts", enter the User Code and Password that we use to enter technical support 1C on site www.users.v8 and click OK (Fig. 11).

We return to "Support and maintenance" (Fig. 10).

To install the update 1C: Accounting 8 edition 3.0, select "Search and install updates" in the "Program version update" group.

A window for selecting the update installation method appears. If the update files 1C: Accounting 8 edition 3.0 are already installed on the computer, then you can select “Local or network directory” as the source and specify the directory in which the update files are located.

If these files are not yet installed on the computer, then select " Automatic search updates on the Internet (recommended)” and click the “Next” button (Fig. 12).

The Search and install updates window appears, which shows which version of the 1C: Accounting 8 edition 3.0 configuration is available to us (in this case, it is version 3.0. what's new in this version. Press the "Next" button (Fig. 13).

After that, the update files 1C: Accounting 8 edition 3.0.37.29 are received via the Internet. If several updates have been skipped that require a mandatory sequential installation, then several update files will be received. Information about the number of required and downloaded update files will be displayed in the field “Receiving update files in progress. (fig.14)

The process of obtaining update files 1C: Accounting 8 edition 3.0 may take a long time (from several minutes to several hours, depending on the performance of your computer and the speed of your Internet)

To install updates, the 1C program will ask for a username and password to enter the infobase (not to be confused with the username and password for receiving updates via the Internet). You must select a user and specify the password (if set) that you specify when entering the program. This user must have Administrator rights (Fig. 15).

After that, a window will appear in which you can choose how to install the update 1C: Accounting 8 edition 3.0. You can install the update right now or when the program ends.

If in this moment there are other users in the database, then you need to ask them to leave this database. This is required to back up the database. By clicking on the link "View the list active users» you can see which of the users is currently in this database (Fig. 16).

You can also choose the option to create a backup copy of 1C. In this case, if an emergency situation occurs during the update of 1C: Accounting 8 edition 3.0, the program will automatically roll back to previous version keeping all data.

I recommend creating backup copies before starting the update by simply copying the folder in which your database is stored through the explorer. But if you make backups using the regular means of the 1C program, then it is better to first create the “Backup copies” folder on the computer and specify the path to this folder (Fig. 17)

The process of updating the configuration 1C: Accounting 8 edition 3.0 is divided into several stages:

    Shutting down users

    Creating an infobase backup

    Updating the infobase configuration

    Allow new connections to connect

    Completion

Information about the progress of the update process can be seen on the splash screen of the program 1C: Accounting 8 edition 3.0.

After updating the configuration 1C: Accounting 8 edition 3.0, the program will start in user mode and the update will continue. The progress of the further update process can be seen on the indicator (Fig. 19).

And at the end you will see the information "What's new in this version". In which, by clicking on the link to the ITS website, you can read and see an illustrated version of the changes in this version of 1C: Accounting 8 edition 3.0.

To do this, go to the Administration - Support and maintenance menu and find in the "Update the program version" group, select "Update results and additional processing data" (Fig. 20)

All additional data processing procedures must be completed successfully (Fig. 21). By hyperlink you can see which procedures were completed successfully and if any procedure was not completed, then you will see it. In this case, you need to contact specialists to fix this problem.

This update of the program 1C: Accounting 8.3 edition 3.0 is completed, you can start working in the program.

In this article, I will talk about how to independently configure and update in 1C revision 3.0. At the same time, I want to note right away that we will talk about the update mechanisms in the Enterprise mode, implemented for the average user of the program, and not about updating through the Configurator. The approach to updating 1C through the Configurator has not changed in new editions (read about the option to update 1C through the Configurator in).



I think everyone who constantly works with software product 1C draws attention to the window that pops up when the program starts. In this window, the program prompts us to enter a login and password so that we can receive information about the release of a new release of the program. This window looks like this.

If you carefully read the text in this window, you can understand that the program prompts you to enter the password that we use on the resourceusers.v8.1c.en. Let me remind you what this resource is. This is a site where 1C developers post updates to programs, as well as various related information.

Putting them in the window "Internet User Support Connection"(meaning the window presented earlier in the screenshot) and click the "Login" button. If the login and password are entered correctly, the following window will open, where you need to enter the registration number of the program. A little lower in this window is an explanation of where you can see this reg. room. For some reason, the developers forgot to mention that reg. the number can be found on the registration card of the program (yellow card, which is in the box).

Once again, I note that by this time your program must be registered in personal account on the website users.v8.1c.ru. To verify this, you can follow the link "List of Registered Products", which is present in this window. There is also a link "Register a product" if you know for sure that you have not yet registered the program.

If the program is registered and reg. number entered, click OK. This will open a new window "Internet User Support Monitor". If there is more fresh version program, the relevant information will be displayed in this window. Also, at the very bottom of the window, you can set the mode in which you want to inform you using this window. I advise you to put "In the presence of new information".

There is another way to set up notifications about new releases. To do this, go to the "Administration" tab of the main menu of the program and select the item "Support and Service". In the window that opens, at the very bottom there is a group of settings related to updating 1C. In this case, we need an item "Configuring software updates via the Internet". If you use this item, a window will open in which we also need to specify a username and password, as well as set in which mode we want to check for updates.

Now let's talk about how to update the program itself. Now I will write about the update directly from the program itself to its normal mode work, but I also want to note that it is possible to update directly through the configurator. I wrote about this update mode through the configurator in (see the second half of the specified article).

So, to update the program, you need to go to the "Administration" section of the main menu and select the item "Support and Service". At the very bottom of the list that opens, we find the item "Find and install updates". We select it. In the window that opens, there will be two options for updates:

  • Automatic search for updates on the Internet. Update through the user support site of the 1C:Enterprise 8 system - with this option, the program itself will download updates from the users.v1c.ru resource and install them;
  • Local or network directory. Updating from a distribution file in a local or network directory- with this option, you need to independently download updates from the users.v1c.ru resource and next steps tell the program where these updates are located on your computer. The program will have x to install.

Let's consider the first option.

So, select the first option and click the "Next" button. At the next step, the program notifies you whether updates are required and which particular release can be installed now. You can also use the link "New in Version" for release updates.

On the next step update download starts from portal 1C. This program does it on its own. After the program downloads the necessary updates, a window will open where the program will ask when the update should be performed:

  • Install the update now
  • Remind me when finished

Also in this window at the very bottom there is an item for implementing Reserve copy bases 1C. I highly recommend back up before every update .

The safest choice is option 3. Then you will know exactly where the backup is.

Close the backup settings window. If you are going to update the program right now, then keep in mind that the program will be closed during the update and everything unsaved documents will be lost . So, select the first item and click the "Next" button. The program closes and a window will appear on the screen, which will be displayed during the entire update. We just have to wait for the end of the process.

After starting the program, the update will also continue for some time.

After the update is completed, a window will open that will inform you about the updates that have appeared in the program.

In conclusion, I note that this window, if necessary, can be opened from the "Administration" -> "Support and maintenance" section "Description of Program Changes".

How can I find out the current version of the platform?

This can be done as shown in Fig.3.

In the window that opens the list of available products for download, select the "Technological platform 8.3" section, then the platform version (according to the example 8.3.6.2299). Next, you need to select the item “Technological platform 1C: Enterprise for Windows”, and click on the hyperlink “Download distribution kit” (Fig. 3).

How to find out your version of the 1C:Primary platform?

Open the program. Click Help / About… Your platform version is shown in parentheses next to the logo:


Creating an infobase backup

Before updating the platform, all users must complete work with the program. Next, go to 1C:Primary in the "Configurator" mode, and unload the database (Fig. 3.1):

Save to any location on your hard drive. (Figure 3.2)

Tip: create a folder "Archive copies" or "Backup", where you will always save a backup copy of the database before updating. Specify the save date in the file name (this will make it easier to find the right copy of the database, if necessary).

If you managed to download 1C: Pіdpriєmstvo desired version, you need to unzip the platform files. Next, you need to install the platform by clicking on the setup.exe file in the unzipped folder (Fig. 4).

To start installing the platform (according to the example 1C:Primary 8.3), you need to click the "Next" button (Fig. 5).

At the next step, the composition of the platform components and the installation folder are selected. The composition of the components does not need to be changed, it is recommended to install 1C:Pіdpriєmstvo in the default folder. After selection, you must click "Next" (Fig. 6).

Next, you need to select the installation language (Russian / Ukrainian), or set the value to " System settings", in this case, 1C: Acceptance will be installed in the language operating system. After selection, you must click the "Next" button (Fig. 7).

Now everything is ready to start the installation. You must click the "Install" button (Fig. 8).

After installation, at the last step, the system will offer to install the protection key driver.

It is needed only if hardware protection is used, i.e. USB HASP key. If used software license without USB HASP security key, you need to remove the flag.

Also, if a USB HASP security key is used and the platform is being updated rather than being installed for the first time, then installation of the security driver is not required, since it is already installed with an older platform release. To continue the installation, click the "Next" button (Fig. 10).

After a window appears with a notification about the completion of the installation, you need to click the "Finish" button (Fig. 11).

Important! This action must be carried out at all workplaces where 1C: Enterprise 8.2 is used

All users must exit the program before performing the upgrade.

Configuration update 1C: Accounting 8.3 (version 3.0) may be needed in the following cases:

  • To correct errors in the program.
  • With the release of new regulated reporting.
  • With changes in legislation.

Consider the process manual update step by step:

1. Open the "Administration" section and click the "Support and maintenance" item ():

Scroll down to the "Program update results" section and select "Install updates":

In the processing that opens, in the lower left corner, click the "Search and install updates" link:

2. During the process, if required, enter the code user and password from the contract for ITS.

3. If you left a new version- the program will tell you about it and offer to upgrade to it. Select the one you need in the "Details" section and click the "Next" button:

Please note that I unchecked the "Platform update" item, because for now I want to update only the database, but at the same time continue to work on old version 1C.

4. Wait while the update is downloaded from the 1C website.

5. In the update installation that opens, select the item opposite the "Backup copy" inscription.

6. Specify everything as in the picture below. This setting is necessary so that the program makes a backup copy before attempting an update and, in case of errors during the update, rolls back to this copy. Instead of the second item, you can select "Create a backup copy and save it in the specified directory" and specify your directory with 1C archive copies. Click OK.

7. We are back to installing updates. Click next.

8. Wait for the configuration update 1C: Accounting 8.3 (version 3.0) to finish.

9. The update was successful! Click the "Finish" button.
