You should also take a closer look at the parameters that characterize the power of the antenna (ideally, at least 20 decibels). In some adapter models, two antennas can be raised during operation, which will enhance the signal quality and increase the data transfer rate. You can purchase compact models in which the antennas are built into the body of the device itself. The body should preferably have ventilation holes through which heat will be dissipated. Due to the absence of such holes, the quality of the device may deteriorate greatly.

The main characteristics of the adapter can be found on its packaging.
