After logging in through the browser to the "Control Panel" of the equipment, select Network / "Network", then - WAN: 
To configure the TP-Link router for the Beeline provider, we make the following settings:
- Connection type - Russia L2TP.
- Credentials are provided by the Internet service provider after the conclusion of the contract.
- In the field "IP-address of the server" we write: tp.internet.beeline.ru.
- We leave the item responsible for the IP address of the equipment as Auto.
- The connection mode is "Automatic".
The screenshot below shows the configuration for Beeline in English: 
After the changes are made, click the Save / "Save" button, reboot the network equipment.
