There may be problems with the subnet mask or DNS server. They must be specified in the contract. Where a router is used, the DNS is often the same as the default gateway.

The network card is turned off or burned out. To check the device, you need to click "Start", select the "Run" tool and enter mmc devmgmt.msc into the line. If the card does not turn on, it means that it burned out or left the slot (the second option is possible only if the card is not built into the motherboard).
