Some issues can be resolved using a personal account on the MTS website. The subscriber can independently change the tariff plan, request details of calls and payments. This significantly saves time and allows you to unload the telephone lines of operators for solving more important and non-standard issues.

An extreme case that requires the immediate help of a specialist involves a personal appeal to service center or MTS communication salon. Here the subscriber will need to present a passport or any other identity document.
